MANAGEMENT
HTG offers exclusive career management. As your management we will do a number of things for you.
After working a management deal with HTG you will begin creating a development plan for you. You will sit down with your assigned rep and discuss your career goals. Your rep will explain each style of modeling you are interested in. They will also make any suggestion they may have.
After your initial meeting a development team will map out your career plan. This plan includes any development you may need and the steps to be taken in that development and you will be given a career forecast that will show you an estimate of the events and status of your career up to the one year point.
HTG uses aggressive and strategic tactics to keep you busy.There is no cost for management. During development you will be attending industry events, some of which wouldn't be available to you as an independent model, learn how to network in this industry, work with noted photographers, producers, MUAs, attend castings and gain credits.
