If you are applying for development or management you must provide a link to your online port (must not be private if its myspace), stats and career goal.
**If you do not have an online port you can e-mail 4 photos (1 head shot and 3 full body shots - front, side, back.) to scout_hammondtalent.com. Make sure to include your stats and contact info.
